How fast will I get a quotation?
Within 24 hours on working days for most RFQs. Long project lists may take longer; we’ll give you the expected time when we acknowledge your request.
Can you supply items that aren’t in stock?
Yes. We import to your specification and mark the lead time against each line on the quotation.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes, on request for applicable items. Mention “MTC required” on your RFQ or PO and we’ll match certificates to heat numbers before dispatch.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes, across Pakistan through freight partners. Delivery time and cost are shown on your quotation.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for stock items. Imported items may have a manufacturer minimum; we’ll flag it on the quote.
