Industrial valves we supply
Gate, globe, check valves and Y-strainers in cast steel, forged steel, stainless, cast iron and brass. Every line is quoted with its standard, material and lead time.
Gate valves
Full-bore isolation with minimal pressure drop when fully open. Not for throttling: a part-open gate vibrates and erodes its seats.
Globe valves
Built for throttling and flow regulation. Higher pressure drop than a gate valve, but precise control and tighter shut-off.
Check valves
Stop reverse flow automatically. Swing checks for low pressure drop, lift checks for small bore, dual-plate wafers to cut water hammer.
Y-strainers
Catch weld slag, scale and debris before they reach pumps, control valves and meters. The cheapest protection on your line.
Cast iron & ductile iron valves
Economical gate, globe and check valves for water, air and low-pressure utility service.
Brass & bronze valves
Threaded valves for water, air and light oils in plumbing, HVAC and small utility lines.

Oil, gas & refineries
High pressure, high temperature and flammable media, with turnaround deadlines that do not move.

Power generation
Boiler, feedwater and cooling water circuits run hot and continuously.

Petrochemicals & fertilizers
Ammonia, urea and acids attack the wrong alloy fast, and constant temperature cycling works against packing and gaskets.

Manufacturing & utilities
Water, compressed air and steam lines are where unplanned downtime usually starts.

What is the difference between a gate valve and a globe valve?
A gate valve is for on/off isolation and gives almost no pressure drop when fully open. A globe valve is for throttling and regulation; it costs more pressure drop but controls flow precisely. Use gate valves to isolate and globe valves to regulate.
Which body material should I choose?
Choose by service, not by habit. WCB cast carbon steel suits oil, gas and steam; A105 forged steel suits small-bore high-pressure lines; CF8M stainless suits corrosive and clean service; cast iron and brass suit water and air utilities. Send us your media, pressure and temperature and we will recommend a grade.
Can you supply valves that are not in stock?
Yes. We import to your specification, including specific brands, trims and end connections, and mark the lead time against each line on the quotation.
Do your valves come with test certificates?
Mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are available on request for applicable items. Mention it on your RFQ and we will match certificates to heat numbers before dispatch.
