The challenge

What makes this service hard

The conditions that decide which valve, material and seal will last.

Turnaround deadlines

Every missing valve, gasket or stud holds up a unit. Ordering four to six weeks early lets us combine stock and imported items on one schedule.

Material and rating discipline

Hydrocarbon lines follow strict piping classes. We check each line item against class, material and facing before quoting.

Documentation

Owners and inspectors expect material certificates matched to heat numbers. We provide EN 10204 3.1 certificates on request.

FAQ

Common questions

How early should we send a shutdown list?

Four to six weeks before the shutdown is ideal. That gives time to import special items and to quote everything on one schedule.

Do you supply ring-type joint flanges and gaskets?

Yes. RTJ flanges and ring gaskets are available in the common ring numbers and pressure classes.
